This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex application development, integration, and business‑critical technology projects within a large‑scale enterprise environment. You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT projects across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, and reports.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver successful business and technology outcomes.
- Manage third‑party suppliers and delivery partners.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and governance standards.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven delivery of large‑scale application development, systems integration, or technology transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and project governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecycle.
- Experience working within Lloyd's Market.
