The Delivery function lives at the heart of the agency and is built on strong accountability, clear ownership, and deep integration across the business. Every part of delivery operates with end-to-end responsibility, owning scope, budgets, timelines and quality from start to finish. This is a solutions-focused and commercially aware function focusing on project management, creative, design, production and post production. It drives unified workflows, consistent governance and greater collaboration between all teams. This enables efficient and right-first-time delivery, supported by shared standards and ownership of outcomes.

The Senior Integrated Project Manager ensures seamless end-to-end delivery of creative and production, while enabling teams to do their best work and clients to feel confident in delivery. The Senior IPM is responsible for executing varying complexity projects across multiple channels and workstreams within the integrated delivery model. They are a core part of the delivery team across project and workflow management, and the reality of project delivery. They provide solutions to shape the delivery approach for complex projects and partner with their Integrated Project Director to design efficient, scalable delivery models. The Senior IPM manages proposal and scoping work, timelines, estimates and delivery plans across workstreams; playing an essential part in both maintaining delivery standards and enabling the business to respond effectively to briefs. The Senior IPM acts as a central point of project management from brief to deployment, driving consistent delivery standards and strong cross-agency collaboration between client services, creative & design, production, localisation and technology teams.

Job Duties

  • Own key delivery decisions across projects and workstreams, managing end-to-end delivery of differing complexity integrated projects across all channels including digital, social, print, motion, localisation and global toolkits.
  • Act as the bridge between campaign-level strategy and project execution.
  • Lead large scale multi-market, multi-channel campaign rollouts with multiple workstreams, managing project scope, timings, workflows, governance and delivery plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks across timelines, budgets and resources.
  • Build trusted relationships by translating needs into clear, actionable plans.
  • Take briefs, review and feed back to clarify any unclear or missing specifications, then ensure teams are aligned and fully supported throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Keep team up to date regarding production plan, status and upcoming work to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met to a high standard.
  • Ensure successful delivery of outputs aligned to agreed specs and quality standards.
  • Regularly review and provide feedback to teams and report issues for ongoing and completed projects to ensure ongoing improvements are made.
  • Be proactive with day-to-day project decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Have the confidence to ensure any late or change briefs are scoped accurately before committing to clients.

Client & Agency Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a senior delivery partner for projects, building trust and influencing decisions across creative, production, localisation, tech and client teams as one integrated workflow.
  • Lead client conversations on scope, timings, risks, solutions and confidently challenge where needed to protect quality and feasibility.
  • Manage cross-functional communications, set expectations, align teams and ensure transparency.
  • Escalate only when necessary, ensuring you come prepared with clear recommendations.
  • Harness your skillset to work across client services and production, providing a fully end to end service.

Financial Management

  • Contribute to account profitability and revenue growth by identifying opportunities for scope expansion or efficiency improvements.
  • Active management of project budgets, scopes, estimates, budget tracking, cost control and change management.

Workflow

  • Challenge ways of working and embed best practices across teams to drive continuous process improvements across the agency.
  • Ensure teams follow integrated workflows, processes and quality standards, whilst identifying and implementing improved, scalable solutions.

Cross-Business Collaboration

  • Ensure information flows clearly between all functions and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, help remove blockers and keep delivery on track.

Team management

  • Line manager for Integrated Project Manager/s, ensuring their workload is kept on track.
  • Coach and mentor Integrated Project Manager/s, improving delivery capacities across the team and setting standards for excellence.
  • Provide guidance on complex problem solving and stakeholder management.
  • Capacity management of direct reports across their workstreams.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven confidence in navigating ambiguity and resolving delivery challenges across 360 integrated campaigns.
  • Collaboration across disciplines, with strong organisational, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Advanced working knowledge of production workflows across all channels (e.g. digital, social, print, motion).
  • Ability to work effectively with creative teams, understanding how to balance timelines with creative exploration and quality.
  • Track record managing projects, multi-workstream delivery or multi-market/campaign rollout, workflow tools and project management platforms.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and confident in a client facing role.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, interrogating and fulfilling media plans.
  • Financial management, including scoping, estimating, budgets, invoicing.
  • 5-7+ years experience in integrated project management in an agency environment, ideally as a line manager to a small team.
  • Experience in Figma is a strong advantage.

This role provides a pathway to Integrated Project Director, with increased ownership of full campaign portfolios, client relationships and whole scope delivery across multiple clients.
