My client is seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer to join its growing consultancy, delivering high-profile infrastructure and development projects across the UK.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of Section 278 and Section 38 highway design projects.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and team resources.
- Prepare, review and approve technical designs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with DMRB, MCHW and local authority standards.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Support highway drainage design and contract documentation production.
- Promote innovation, quality and Health & Safety best practice.
What You'll Need
- Experience delivering S278 and S38 highway schemes.
- Strong highway design and project management experience.
- Knowledge of DMRB and highway contracts.
- Experience with Causeway Flow PDS and Civil 3D.
- Previous experience managing and mentoring design teams.
