This highly international City firm is looking to hire an ambitious energy/projects/construction lawyer to advise on complex, cross-border projects across the renewable power, low-carbon fuels and sustainable infrastructure sectors.

The team is particularly active in carbon markets, climate-related and emerging markets finance, and the rapidly developing areas of nature and natural capital.

Clients include project sponsors and developers, infrastructure and private equity funds, institutional investors, utilities and energy majors, lenders and multilateral institutions, and EPC and construction contractors.

You will be advising on the full life cycle of projects from early-stage development and structuring, through construction and financing, to refinancing, restructuring, and the sale and purchase of both operational and pipeline assets.
