We are working with a leading contractor operating within the property services market to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to join their highly successful team based in Ealing and Stevenage.

The Senior Contract Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programmes including roofing, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude.

You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

Senior Contract Manager Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
  • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
  • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
  • Focus on quality, customer service and delivery
  • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
  • Client and tenant satisfaction
  • Process Management
  • Management of the customer
  • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
  • SMSTS & NVQ Level 6 or equivalent
