We’re looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager (Regulatory) to join Miller and lead a broad, high-impact regulatory compliance agenda across the Group.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will oversee regulatory reporting, including FCA RMAR submissions for Miller Insurance Services LLP, lead the development of the Group’s compliance policy framework, manage SM&CR responsibilities, coordinate regulatory applications, and drive horizon scanning across UK and international entities.

This is a key leadership role with line management responsibility for two team members, offering the opportunity to shape compliance strategy, strengthen governance, and provide practical regulatory guidance to senior stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong insurance regulatory compliance experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant to Miller
  • Experience leading regulatory reporting, policy frameworks, and SM&CR activity
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
