Job Overview:
- Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Providing pre-application planning advice and technical support for planning applications.
- Preparing pre-planning reports, including Flood Risk Assessments and Foul Drainage & Utility Assessments.
- Developing detailed design information for construction phases.

Job Requirements:
- BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in civil engineering design.
- Proficiency in FLOW drainage modelling software and Civil 3D.
- Working towards Chartership with a recognized institution.
- Expertise in infrastructure, highways, and drainage design for multidisciplinary projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to construction.
- Experience with adoption agreements for roads and drainage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software packages.
