This is an opportunity for a motivated and collaborative Senior Architect to join a highly regarded AJ100 architecture practice known for its thoughtful, practical, and generous approach to design, with a particular focus on heritage-led projects. This role will involve working across a range of projects from early concept through to on-site delivery, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors across all project stages.
- Contribute to the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical, regulatory, and design excellence.
- Support project leadership in decision-making, coordination, and client reporting.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain clear, structured, and well-managed project documentation throughout all stages.
Requirements & Experience
- ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of five years’ post-Part III (or equivalent) experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design leadership and project delivery across a range of stages.
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical detailing, and relevant industry standards, including ISO.
- Proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing responsibility across multiple project stages.
