About the Role
We’re hiring a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to assist our operations and installation teams by helping customers navigate scheduling, service, and installation-related questions. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with customers and internal teams. You’ll help keep projects moving, ensure follow-through, and create a positive customer experience throughout the process. What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and service-related communication
- Coordinate scheduling updates, service appointments, and installation follow-up

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the process
