Insight Global is seeking an SAP Project Manager to join one of its largest manufacturing clients on a permanent basis. The role sits within the Aerospace Manufacturing SAP Applications team, leading the delivery of end‑to‑end SAP projects across discovery, design, deployment, and post‑go‑live support. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale SAP implementations, enabling them to quickly add value in a complex, global SAP environment. This role involves close collaboration with international stakeholders as part of the wider Aerospace IT group. The individual must be open to quarterly international travel to support implementations, deployments, go‑live activities, and system integrations.
Must‑haves:
- Extensive experience as a SAP/ERP Project Manager
- Strong experience delivering end‑to‑end ERP implementations or migrations
- Migrated from an ERP systems (such as JDE) to SAP system (such as ECC or s4Hana)
- Hands‑on experience across discovery, design, deployment, and live support
- Proven experience supporting global SAP rollouts within enterprise environments
- Proficient in Project Management tools (i.e. MS Project or similar) and knowledge of Project Management principles/methodologies
- Strong experience delivering projects involving SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Prior vendor and systems integrator management experience
- Strong hands‑on experience managing data migration and SAP testing cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
