Overview
Gas Engineer — Service & Repair role with British Gas.
You will join a team of experienced Gas Engineers to ensure that customers get the help they need when they need it, and support our Service Promise of same-day fixes.
Responsibilities
- Represent British Gas in customers’ homes with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues.
- Provide service and repair of boilers and heating systems in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality customer service and maintain professional standards in every interaction.

- Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Base
Salary: £47,303, plus up to £6,400 London Weighting Allowance (dependent on area), with uncapped OTE – £64,000 (including LWA) is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme.
