Job Description Resource Planning & Compliance Manager (Rail)
Contract Length: Up to 6 months
About the Role
Morson Vital are seeking a proactive and organised Resource Planning & Compliance Manager to support the rail delivery teams.
The responsibilities will include working with all department within track, civils, and electrification ensuring resources are delivered safely.
The key focus is ensuring compliance to railway group standards and effective stakeholder engagement across rail projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with rail industry experience who is confident working with digital systems and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rail team with resource planning activities.
- Monitor and drive compliance across resource bookings and allocations.
- Liaise with Project Managers, labour suppliers, planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure resource requirements are met.
- Produce and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation to support operational planning activities.
- Assist with data analysis and performance monitoring to improve planning effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained and compliance requirements are met.
Essential Requirements
- Previous Track / Rail industry experience .
- Strong IT skills, including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Power Point
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with Project Managers, labour suppliers, and planning teams.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
