Serving an enviable roster of public sector and political organisations and not-for-profits, they seek a new team member for continued growth.

As a Research Manager you'll lead quantitative research end-to-end, from study design and fieldwork through to analysis and client deliverables, and work with our proprietary AI-led qualitative interview system to run mixed-methods projects at speed and scale.

Acting as the key client contact for each of your projects you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, client management, creation of surveys and fieldwork management, analysis and insight report creation and presentation. You will lead client communications and deliver actionable and meaningful insights, engage with clients and actively grow existing client relationships. You will also support senior team members with writing proposals and be involved in training junior team members and supporting the implementation of new tools and processes.

This role will require someone who already has learned and successfully applied their quantitative social and political research skills. You should have experience in communicating with clients and contributing to proposals but should now be looking for greater ownership and to be the key client lead on all your projects.

  • Willingness to run qualitative research projects using the proprietary AI-led interview system
  • Strong experience of communicating with clients and building relationships with them

  • Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Keen to work in client service and desire to exceed client expectations
  • The ability to interpret and visualise data
  • Knowledge about coding and analysing data in R or Python is strongly preferred

Our client is ambitious and dynamic, with a team of bright and curious researchers, who share in the goal to build the business through delivering outstanding work.
