The Company
I’m working exclusively with one of the world’s leading data, insights and consulting organisations, supporting their largest and highest-performing Brand Insights team globally; this team partners with over 100+ well-known brands across every sector, helping them answer critical questions around brand growth, positioning and creative effectiveness.
The Role
This is a highly client-facing insights role, balancing delivery, storytelling and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with brand and marketing teams, helping them understand what drives brand growth and what actions will have the biggest commercial impact.
You will:
- Lead and deliver brand insight projects end-to-end
- Advise on questionnaires, methodology and research design
- Analyse data and craft compelling commercial narratives
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with internal research, processing and delivery teams
- Coach and support junior team members (1–2 reports optional)
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously (typically 3–4)
- Partner with marketing, insight and CX teams to join the dots across projects
Work spans brand tracking, creative testing, segmentation and broader strategic brand consultancy.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong quantitative research background (ideally Research Manager level)
- Experience across brand tracking, brand health or brand equity
- Comfortable analysing survey data using Excel and/or SPSS
- Able to combine multiple data sources (survey, media, social, search)
- Strong storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Proven client-facing experience and stakeholder management
- Exposure to questionnaire design and research delivery
- Genuine passion for brand and marketing strategy
