Play a pivotal role in shaping Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) strategy within a major aerospace actuation programme. Support delivery of a new integrated MBSE/MBSA framework across highly complex electro‑mechanical systems used in flight‑critical environments. Embed structured modelling tools and processes that will be adopted across an entire business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of a fully integrated MBSE framework for aerospace actuation systems
- Use CAMEO Systems Modeler to support execution of technical modelling plans and process integration
- Define procedures, modelling standards and workflows to be deployed across product teams
- Provide expert guidance and mentoring to internal engineers unfamiliar with CAMEO
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align modelling activities with systems engineering needs
- Deliver critical documentation, process artefacts, and toolkits aligned with the aerospace product lifecycle
Qualifications Required Skills:
- Advanced user of CAMEO Systems Modeler, experienced in setting up and deploying modelling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of MBSE principles, SysML, and lifecycle applications in engineering
- Strong capability to define and deliver processes, standards and training materials
- Prior experience in aerospace, defence, or other safety‑critical industries
- Ability to work autonomously and liaise across engineering functions
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to Model‑Based Safety Analysis (MBSA)
- Experience using CAMEO for certification or verification and validation (V&V)
- Familiarity with wider MBSE toolchains such as MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related discipline OR a relevant technical military background with equivalent hands‑on engineering experience
- Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance (Minimum 5 Years in the UK)
