Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for a construction consultancy/private practice. The role requires a PQS with 3+ years of experience across hotels, office fit out, residential or leisure sectors and a commitment to APC or MRICS within 12 months.
Hybrid work with 3 days in the Farringdon office and 2 days at home. Initially you will work on a £12M hotel fit out in Holborn, then support CAT B fit out projects of £4M and £3.4M.
