Financial Modeller/Analyst - Redruth - Β£30,000 β Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 3 Days per Week) + hybrid working

Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to be working with a highly respected, not-for-profit organisation that supports community-owned renewable energy projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're seeking a Financial Modeller/Analyst to join their team.
Working closely with the wider finance team, you'll take ownership of financial modelling and reporting across a portfolio of renewable energy businesses.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Extracting accounting information from Xero and updating financial models
- Producing quarterly board reporting, cashflow forecasts and performance analysis
- Updating financial forecasts and model assumptions
- Supporting project finance covenant testing
- Standardising and enhancing financial models across the organisation
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting through automation, API integration and AI
- Supporting financial modelling for new renewable energy and financing projects
We're looking for a degree-qualified candidate in Accounting & Finance, Business Analytics or a similar discipline coupled with advanced Excel skills. Whether you're a recent graduate with strong financial modelling experience, or have a year or two under your belt, you'll be analytical, naturally curious and keen to develop your career in a role where you'll quickly become a valued member of a small and collaborative team.
