What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting partners (installers/integrators) with technical queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assisting with project planning, including system design and hardware selection.
- Troubleshooting installations and providing practical, solution-focused advice.
- Guiding partners through setup, configuration, and commissioning.
- Delivering training and onboarding support to new and existing partners.
- Helping partners successfully sell and implement solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams across sales, training, and technical support.
What skills you’ll bring:
