- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Supply chain integration experience
- Knowledge of contract elements

- Role / Responsibilities
- Provide planning expertise to internal customers across supported projects.
- Implement planning processes, policies and procedures within projects.
- Produce planning and EV deliverables in accordance with agreed business rhythm.
- Deliver long‑range operational integrated programme planning activities.
- Support the Business Management Manager with emergent projects as directed by Business Controller.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Maintain high personal standards of environment, safety, health, security and quality; act as a team player.
- Deliver project controls, planning and EVM expertise and analysis to provide accurate, timely schedule forecast information for decision making.
- Provide quality EV variance analysis for schedule performance (SPI).
- Support continuous improvement of end‑to‑end planning processes and associated policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Support delivery of planning tools and EVMS, templates and training to internal customers.
- Review project WBS and recommend changes to the Project Control Manager.
- Provide planning resource for peer reviews as appropriate.
