A medical device company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead commercial marketing efforts across an expanding product portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in bringing new products to market, driving messaging and branding, and supporting sales execution.
This is a highly cross‑functional role that partners closely with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:- Lead go‑to‑market execution and product launches across a robust pipeline
- Develop clear, compelling messaging, positioning, and branding
- Partner with Sales to support field efforts
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, and channel marketing
- Create customer‑facing content (collateral, case studies, campaigns)
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams
- Leverage market insights, Voice of Customer, and analytics to refine strategy
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns and launch effectiveness
- 5+ years of downstream/commercial marketing experience within a medical device or a regulated healthcare environment
- Proven success in launching products and supporting commercial teams
- Experience marketing through an indirect sales model
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and automation tools
- Experience launching consumables, capital equipment, or software‑enabled healthcare products
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital campaign execution
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen
