Phipps Label Company is seeking an experienced Re-Roller / Machine Operator (Day Shift) to operate re-roller and die-cutting equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role is critical to ensuring pre-printed stock is accurately re-rolled, cut, and staged according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently operate re-roller and rotary die-cutting equipment to meet daily production goals
- Verify job orders for accuracy and completeness prior to setup
- Perform machine setup, including installation of paper stock, cutting dies, and plates as required
- Load, feed, and monitor paper stock during production runs
- Monitor quality, cut accuracy, counts, and overall unit appearance throughout production
- Troubleshoot issues and assist with adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Stage completed work according to job instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies, including lock‑out/tag‑out procedures and housekeeping standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a packaging, printing, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand work orders, schedules, and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
