The Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HSE professional to lead on health and safety across multiple sites. You will be responsible for driving best practice, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong safety culture throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Provide guidance and support to operational and senior leadership teams
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Deliver training and promote continuous improvement in HSE performance
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and all relevant UK legislation
About You
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction sector
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation and CDM regulations
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach

- £80,000 – £90,000 salary
