The Ways that You'll Be Making an Impact in this Position:
- Use powder titanium to mold various parts utilizing a variety of machines and equipment in a production environment
- Operate the Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIPing) equipment that compresses powder titanium
- Operate the green machine lathes and/or is responsible for Agglomeration operation
- Use CNC (Computer Numeric Controls) machine to trim parts
- Conduct in-process inspections and clean parts in liquid baths prior to inspection
- Responsible for tool assembly, compaction, and tool disassembly
- Accurately complete record sheets and all paperwork required to maintain compliance
- Regularly maintain production and elevate any issues for resolution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and applying best practices for on-the-job safety in a production environment
- Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes while maintaining an orderly production facility
What You Should Bring to This Position:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience and/or knowledge of production operations experience is desired
- Desire and ability to operate machines and equipment of various scopes & sizes
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents including maintenance instructions, procedure and manuals
- Proven success working independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated comfort with basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and rounding
- Demonstrated comfort with both verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build personal and team-based relationships with all levels of employees
- Comfort with basic computer applications and data entry
- Proven ability to calmly transition between multiple and changing priorities
- Ability to work production shift schedule
- Ability to handle task repetition
Working Conditions & Physical Efforts:
- Work is performed in a Production environment
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or sit for a prolonged period of time
- Visual functions being those of near vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with leadership & clients
- Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment
