Quantity Surveyor – Cladding Remediation [HOME BASED]

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to make a REAL difference to the communities you live and work in?

Our client is a main contractor specialising in cladding remediation projects ranging from £2m – £20m. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on essential façade and cladding replacement projects across the East Midlands.

The role is home‑based but will include regular site visits to projects in Leicester (£20m) and Nottingham (£5m).

Salary & Package

• Great basic salary of £50,000 – £70,000
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile

Requirements

• Experience managing sub‑contractor variations
• Experience working with a building contractor
• Experience dealing with final accounts
• Industry‑related qualification

Key Duties

• Procurement and managing sub‑contract packages
• Dealing with variations and valuations
• Input during pre‑construction stage
• Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a main contractor or cladding/ façade sub‑contractor.
