An innovating, international construction consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their large Quantity Surveyor team in Leeds. The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a large team and work on a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, education, retail, and residential.

In this role, you will carry out a mixture of pre‑ and post‑contract tasks, including budgets, cost plans, estimates, and valuations.

Qualifications

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • Working towards becoming MRICS
  • Experience working within a PQS Consultancy
  • Project Management experience would be a plus
  • Strong communication skills
