Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment projects focusing on decarbonisation works in Social Housing around the Coventry area.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your commercial expertise to drive refurbishment projects.
• Take ownership of key contracts and serve as an essential team member recognised through training and progression.
• Lead subcontractors, manage material procurement and oversee commercial aspects.
• Minimise costs and maximise value for money while adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.

Requirements

• Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent.
• Member of RICS.
• UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
