You're a Quality Engineer who takes ownership and gets things right the first time. We're looking for a Quality Engineer with strong PPAP experience to take responsibility for the creation, management and submission of customer PPAP packages. This is a key role within the business, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with customer requirements. Working closely with engineering and production teams, you'll coordinate the collection of data required for submissions and ensure PPAP approvals are achieved on time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Producing and submitting PPAP documentation
  • Managing PPAP requirements from customer enquiry through to approval
  • Preparing and maintaining supporting PPAP documentation
  • Coordinating the collection of dimensional, material and process data required for submissions
  • Liaising with engineering and production teams to ensure PPAP requirements are met
  • Managing customer PPAP submissions and approval processes
  • Maintaining accurate PPAP records and document control systems
  • Supporting new product introductions through the PPAP process
