What You Will Bring Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, process engineering, or a related technical environment. Strong knowledge of: PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA and Root Cause Analysis (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why) Experience analyzing manufacturing and process data using spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools. Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to influence teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Certifications
