We have built a good reputation and strong relationships within the industry with top tier developers and contractors. We are seeking Supervisors and Project Managers to join our expanding team and lead the successful delivery of high-quality brickwork packages across London and the surrounding areas.

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing programmes, and ensuring that your project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining strong communication with our clients and the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and labour to ensure efficient delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of quality control across on-site
  • Enforce health & safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure effective site logistics
  • Liaise with client project team and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates
  • Work closely with the commercial team to support project performance
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Project Manager (references)
  • Ability to manage multiple teams effectively
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations
  • SMSTS (for Project Managers) or SSSTS (for Supervisors) – required
  • Full UK driving licence
