  • Practical Training – Apply the theory into practice to gain required experience. Our expert Project Manager tutor will provide you with two case scenarios based on real‑world situations. You will receive guidance and support from your tutor to successfully complete your projects, which will be added to your CV.
  • Official exams – Prepare to take your official Prince2 & Agile Foundation exams. The exams can be taken at one of the approved test centres across the UK or online conveniently from home.

At this point you will have fully completed our Project Management Traineeship and be ready to start work.
