We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager – Delivery & Growth to support and lead high-impact initiatives across the business. Operating in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment, this role is all about bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to strategic and operational projects. You’ll work cross-functionally to translate ideas into actionable plans, drive accountability, and ensure delivery stays on track. Whether you're supporting larger programmes or owning projects end-to-end, you’ll play a key role in strengthening delivery capability and helping the business move from ambition to execution.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Project Delivery
- Support and lead the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Track progress and ensure delivery is structured, visible, and on schedule
- Identify risks and escalate where needed
- Support tracking of outcomes and benefits
- Stakeholder Coordination

What You'll Bring:
- Essential
- Experience in project, change, or programme environments (including internships or early career roles)
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Confidence working with data, tracking progress, and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Desirable
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Exposure to cross-functional or transformation initiatives
