If you’re a Project Manager with 3–5 years’ experience and a passion for shaping major schemes from early concept through delivery, this role offers genuine progression and exposure to high‑profile projects.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with senior leadership on complex, design‑led residential towers, taking responsibility across both pre‑construction and delivery. This consultancy is known for its hands‑on approach, strong client relationships, and commitment to developing future leaders, making it an ideal environment for someone working towards MRICS.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and leading elements of pre‑construction, including feasibility, planning, and procurement
- Acting as Employers Agent on high‑rise residential schemes
- Managing contract administration duties across multiple projects
- Coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors
- Monitoring programme, cost, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Building strong client relationships and representing the consultancy professionally
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in a project management consultancy environment
- Experience working on high‑rise private residential developments
- Strong pre‑construction exposure, including feasibility and procurement
- Employers Agent and contract administration experienceProgress towards MRICS (or ambition to begin the pathway)
- Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, detail‑driven approach and a desire to grow within a boutique consultancy
