Are you ready to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex property projects that shape the future of healthcare environments? At Bupa, we\'re looking for a dynamic Client-Side Project Manager to join our Design & Construction team. You\'ll play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious Property Strategy, collaborating with talented colleagues and stakeholders across the business and beyond.
What You\'ll Do
- Support the Principal Project Manager in delivering a portfolio of major property projects and independently lead smaller projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective project delivery.
- Develop and maintain all project documentation, manage meetings, track actions and timelines, and prepare risk logs and meeting packs.
- Execute robust governance and reporting frameworks, monitor regulatory adherence, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- When required, line manage teams to deliver agreed portfolios of work, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive change through agile, adaptable, and resilient project teams.
What You\'ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years in client-side project management, specifically within design & construction.
- Healthcare experience desired - specially hospital & diagnostic build projects.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, contract administration, and preparation of contract documents.
- Project Management qualification (or working towards accreditation).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations, with a focus on collaboration and performance.
- Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and budget management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with business and project management software.
