Location: Staines/London. Travel will be required to sites across England. Contract Type: Full time, Permanent.

Are you ready to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex property projects that shape the future of healthcare environments? At Bupa, we\'re looking for a dynamic Client-Side Project Manager to join our Design & Construction team. You\'ll play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious Property Strategy, collaborating with talented colleagues and stakeholders across the business and beyond.

What You\'ll Do

  • Support the Principal Project Manager in delivering a portfolio of major property projects and independently lead smaller projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain all project documentation, manage meetings, track actions and timelines, and prepare risk logs and meeting packs.
  • Execute robust governance and reporting frameworks, monitor regulatory adherence, and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • When required, line manage teams to deliver agreed portfolios of work, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive change through agile, adaptable, and resilient project teams.

What You\'ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years in client-side project management, specifically within design & construction.
  • Healthcare experience desired - specially hospital & diagnostic build projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, contract administration, and preparation of contract documents.
  • Project Management qualification (or working towards accreditation).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple locations, with a focus on collaboration and performance.
  • Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and budget management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with business and project management software.
