Role summary

Project Manager within Corporate Technology, supporting corporate functions including Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment and Talent. Strong focus on finance processes, Workday, third-party applications, integrations and process/reporting improvements.

Reporting line

This role reports into the Senior Project Manager, who reports into the Head of Project Management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead multiple corporate technology projects end-to-end.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners and banking partners.
  • Support finance and tax-related projects from a coordination standpoint.
  • Own project plans, meeting notes, documentation and status reporting.
  • Ensure smooth handover, support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ project management experience.
  • Strong corporate systems background: Workday essential; Salesforce and DocuSign useful.
  • Experience with finance processes, banking integrations or corporate transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred experience

  • Investment Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds
