We’re working with a commercial interiors and workplace design business based in Central London that is looking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator to support its growing projects team. This role would suit someone who has previous experience supporting fit‑out, workplace, interiors, construction, furniture, or other project‑led environments and who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts across fast‑paced commercial projects. The position offers broad exposure across project delivery, operational coordination, supplier management, and client support within a collaborative and design‑led environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating multiple workplace and interiors projects simultaneously
- Supporting project timelines, schedules, and delivery plans
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, installers, and clients
- Managing project documentation and reporting
- Supporting procurement, orders, and logistics coordination
- Assisting with project delivery and installations
- Supporting operational and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Helping ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule
