Responsibilities
- Employee/Consultants Management
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team, Human Resource and payroll partners to onboard successful candidates in EMEA and APAC
- Plan IT onboarding and keep track of IT equipment
- Arrange and take Day 1 onboarding call with new employee/consultant
- Conduct 1on1 calls with program employee/consultant weekly
- Track and retrieve timesheet monthly
- Keep record of leave balance and reconsolidate quarterly
- Offboarding administration
- Keep consultant data updated in database
- Financial administration
- Check and retrieve expense report from consultant
- Check and approve supplier invoices from suppliers
- Communicate and confirm cross charges to clients
- Collaborate salary increase, bonus and benefits for consultants
- Support other financial administration activities
- Program Management
- Assist program manager to monitor program GP
- Maintain program turnover and retention effort
- Keep track of program budget
- Draft program contract independently with client and signature request submission
- Follow up with PO creation and approval in system
- Assist program manager on daily requests
- Prepare PPT slides for client meetings and program team meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be very detailed and process-driven oriented, technologically savvy, independent, and capable of working in a flexible environment
- Very proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to manage a variety of daily tasks at a continuous pace
- Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
- Able to build strong relations with stakeholders and colleagues
- Proficient at managing documents and files
