We are looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead a global Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation programme. This role will focus on delivering a new strategic solution across a large and complex organisation, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme
  • Manage third-party delivery partners and internal teams
  • Drive Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process design
  • Oversee integrations across HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms
  • Support application onboarding and access governance activities
  • Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder reporting
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery

Desired Skills

  • Experience delivering IGA solutions such as: One SailPoint Saviynt
  • Strong Project or Programme Management experience
  • Experience managing large-scale technology programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of and access management principles
  • Prince2, PMP, MSP or equivalent qualifications

Desirable

  • Experience with One Manager
  • Retail or Financial Services experience
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and security environments
