An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aviation Programme Lead to take the helm of a major programme of works valued at over £150 million, forming part of a wider, multi-million-pound transformation initiative at one of the UK’s busiest airports. This is a pivotal leadership role within a highly respected consultancy renowned for delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure programmes across the UK. You will be responsible for driving programme success from inception through to delivery, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives and maintaining strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the successful delivery of a £150m+ aviation infrastructure programme.
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure programme milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with client and contractor teams to maintain alignment and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Implement robust governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
  • Support the integration of the programme into the wider airport development masterplan.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management delivering large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage complex budgets.
  • Background in consultancy, client-side, or major project delivery environments.
  • A degree and/or professional qualification (APM, MSP, MRICS, or equivalent).
