Are you a Procut Design Engineer, looking to join a close-knit and collaborative company, where you be able to support the full product lifecycle from early-stage concepts through to final design release, with clean progression paths to head of product development? Do you want to be the technical go-to for all Design needs, working closely with other departments such as production, sales, and R&D, having a real impact on the company's product development and overall reputation in both UK and international markets? In this role you will play a key role in the Product Design process from initial concept through to design release. You will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models, assemblies, and engineering models, as well as playing a key role in prototype builds, testing, and validation of proposed products. This role would suit a Product Design Engineer, looking for an autonomous role where you will be the technical go-to for all company Design needs, at a family-owned manufacturing business, with the added benefits of in-house training on the company's expertise, career progression into lead roles, and an annual bonus.
The Role
- Working on the full design process from initial concept through to design release
- Developing 3D models, assemblies, and engineering models
