Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance, you’ll take ownership of product strategy, inventory planning, and supplier partnerships. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential, requiring the ability to manage procurement across three distinct legal entities, each with its own credit facilities and P&L.

- Take ownership of product strategy, identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the product portfolio through supplier collaboration and market insight.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory planning, supplier forecasting, warehousing, and regional distribution.
- Proactively identify and manage supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and minimal disruption to operations.
- Utilise ERP data and sales forecasts to optimise stock levels, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Design and implement a group-wide purchase order process, ensuring a consistent, controlled, and auditable approach across all entities.
- Act as the central point of control for all supplier ordering, ensuring compliance with agreed pricing, terms, and supplier frameworks.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align supply chain capabilities with business demand.
- Support business growth initiatives, including acquisition integration and the development of supply chain infrastructure for new commercial opportunities (e.g. BESS, solar PV, heat pumps, EV infrastructure).
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or a commercially focused role involving supplier negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and commercial negotiations, with the ability to secure favourable terms.
