2-3 days a week in the office London. Our client, a growing financial services organisation, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their developing greenfield procurement function in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys building from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role is suited to a self-starter who can proactively identify opportunities through data and spend analysis, take ideas to the business, and independently lead end-to-end procurement projects. You will work closely with global stakeholders across multiple business functions, building strong relationships and delivering tangible commercial value. This will be a broad generalist procurement role with exposure across Technology, Professional Services, and Marketing spend categories.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify procurement and cost optimisation opportunities through data analysis and market insight
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects across a variety of spend areas including Technology, Professional Services, and Marketing
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across global teams and senior business areas
  • Present procurement opportunities and recommendations to the wider business
  • Support the development of procurement processes, governance, and best practice within a growing function
  • Drive supplier negotiations and deliver measurable commercial outcomes
