The Opportunity As an Associate Flood Risk Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of managing and delivering complex projects in flood risk management.
You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tackle challenges such as climate change and urbanization, ensuring sustainable solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage flood risk projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Conduct hydraulic modelling using tools like Info Works ICM, TUFLOW, and HEC-RAS.
Develop and oversee flood risk assessments and hydrological studies.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Engage in business development activities, including client and stakeholder engagement.
Candidate Requirements Degree in Geography, Science, or Civil Engineering; MSc or further qualifications.
Chartered status with CIWEM or ICE.
Extensive experience in flood risk management and project delivery.
Proficiency in GIS, hydraulic modelling, and data analysis.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
