As part of the Transform Together Consulting team you will lead impactful change in the Data and AI domain, partnering with industry‑leading companies to shape strategy and drive operational excellence. You will work across organisational levels, from subject‑matter experts to the C‑suite, providing structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods for delivering their transformation agenda. The mandate includes taking business objectives from discovery to adoption into business‑as‑usual, utilising a mix of agile and traditional project and change‑management techniques. You will receive real responsibility and accountability from the outset.
Essentials
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in financial‑services consulting, specifically in Wealth, Asset Management, Investment and Insurance.
- Minimum of 6 years of total professional experience.
- University degree in Business Management, Administration, Economics, Technology or Engineering, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Identifying, assessing and implementing opportunities for operational performance improvement, automation and AI‑enabled operations management to reduce cost, improve productivity and enhance customer experience.
- Performing data‑driven diagnostics of operational performance to identify waste, re‑work and automation opportunities.
- Using process intelligence, AI‑enabled process management and other accelerators to drive end‑to‑end transparency, uncover opportunities, and measure outcomes.
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment through collaboration and delivery‑management tools to track progress, benefits and risks.
- Defining KPIs and reporting frameworks to baseline, measure and demonstrate value delivered.
- Active involvement in developing Operational Excellence propositions, methods and tools, including applying process‑mapping methodologies such as SIPOC and BPMN.
- Assessing business requirements, translating into structured, achievable stories, and delivering against them.
- Documenting requirements and analysing business processes with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Managing successful delivery from both traditional and agile perspectives.
