- Identify and manage EPC / turnkey contractors
- Local Power & Energy Solutions
- Support evaluation and delivery of front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter solutions
- Manage contractors delivering onsite or alternative power solutions
- Contribute to commercial and technical negotiations
- Site Selection & Feasibility
- Assess power availability and grid timelines for new sites
- Analyse infrastructure requirements, interim solutions, and long‑term capacity
- Provide clear recommendations to support land and development decisions
- Energy & Commercial Support
- Support energy procurement activities and implementation (e.g. metering)
- Track renewable energy opportunities, including private wire solutions
- Assist with grid connection agreements and utility negotiations
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact for all power‑related matters internally
- Work closely with land, sales, construction and operations teams
- Provide clear, concise updates on project status and risks
- Financial & Reporting
- Track capital spend and budget commitments
- Support forecasting and communicate key payment milestones
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience delivering grid connections and power infrastructure for large energy users
- Proven track record in HV / EHV project delivery from concept through to energisation
- Strong experience working with TSOs, DNOs and utility providers
- Experience managing contractors and driving programme delivery
- Exposure to grid connection agreements and utility negotiations
- Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial topics clearly
Desirable Experience
- Data centre or mission‑critical infrastructure experience
- Exposure to renewable energy or power
- Experience working across European markets
- Additional European skills (French, Spanish or German)
Why This Role?
