We’re recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of renewable energy installations from initial handover through to completion. This is a varied role involving customer communication, project administration, scheduling and coordinating key project documentation. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers throughout the process, providing updates, answering queries and ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer communications via phone and email
  • Providing regular project updates
  • Coordinating project documentation and administration
  • Supporting installation projects from handover through to completion
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and project information

About You / Qualifications

  • Previous administration, coordination or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Previous experience within renewables, construction, utilities or technical environments would be beneficial, but full training will be provided
