Are you experienced in driving quality improvement within high-reliability aerospace or defence manufacturing environments? We are looking for a role where you can take ownership of a struggling production area and make a measurable impact on quality and delivery performance.

The Role

You will be embedded within a high-reliability manufacturing environment, taking responsibility for driving quality. The role will focus on reducing non‑conformances, improving process control, and strengthening quality culture across engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Support NC management and quality processes
  • Carry out root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, RCCA)
  • Ensure compliance with build and quality standards requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Quality or Manufacturing Engineer in aerospace, defence, or a similar sector
  • Experience in high-reliability manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of quality and compliance standards
