The Role
You will be embedded within a high-reliability manufacturing environment, taking responsibility for driving quality. The role will focus on reducing non‑conformances, improving process control, and strengthening quality culture across engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support NC management and quality processes
- Carry out root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, RCCA)
- Ensure compliance with build and quality standards requirements
Qualifications
- Experience as a Quality or Manufacturing Engineer in aerospace, defence, or a similar sector
- Experience in high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of quality and compliance standards
