What you'll be doing:
- Support and occasionally step up into the Dive Supervisor role.
- Play a key part in delivering reactive and planned diving and maritime operations across Portsmouth, ensuring all work is carried out safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.
- Lead when required – overseeing a dive, coordinating documentation, or supporting the wider diving team.
What you will bring:
- Pro‑active, organised and collaborative Diver who communicates clearly and confidently.
- Strong professional safety experience and demonstrable technical judgement to lead with integrity, embodying KBS Maritime’s values.
- Motivated and eager to deliver results even when navigating challenges.
About you:
- A valid First Aid at Work certificate.
- An in‑date ADC Supervisor Certificate.
- A strong understanding of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997, ACoP L104, and HSEG 3003.
- Competence in writing and reviewing dive documentation.
- HSE‑approved Surface Supplied certification (minimum).
- Experience with underwater husbandry and civil engineering techniques.
- Medical fitness to undertake commercial diving duties.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance.
- Full UK driving licence.
