Working Hours (Shift Pattern):

  • Days: 08:00 - 16:30
  • Mornings: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned mechanical maintenance across a commercial environment, working across a rotating shift pattern to support site operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reactive and planned mechanical maintenance
  • Plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Ventilation system maintenance
  • General mechanical building services works

This is not an installation role - the emphasis is on day-to-day fault-finding, repairs and maintaining site reliability.

To be considered, you must have:

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in a relevant mechanical trade (Level 2 or above essential)
  • Strong experience in plumbing and ventilation
  • Previous experience working within a commercial FM environment
  • Flexibility to work the stated rotating shift pattern
