The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned mechanical maintenance across a commercial environment, working across a rotating shift pattern to support site operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reactive and planned mechanical maintenance
- Plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Ventilation system maintenance
- General mechanical building services works
This is not an installation role - the emphasis is on day-to-day fault-finding, repairs and maintaining site reliability.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in a relevant mechanical trade (Level 2 or above essential)
- Strong experience in plumbing and ventilation
- Previous experience working within a commercial FM environment
- Flexibility to work the stated rotating shift pattern
