This role offers a prestigious opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor, Senior Mechanical Engineer or Technical Team Leader to own a specialist engineering function, lead technical operations, manage a skilled team of engineers and drive continuous improvement and business growth within a growing business with international customers.
The Role- Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical personnel
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise
- Lead engineering projects from planning through to completion
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across technical operations
- Support research and development activities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Previous experience in a Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Workshop Manager, Service Manager or similar role
- Strong mechanical engineering background
